Irrespective of its genre and the format, we don’t want to do it alone!

Pa Ranjith
Director
He understands pain, recognizes suffering, and empathizes with the repressed, but he also knows the power of words. Whether it's Attakathi in 2012 or Natchathiram Nagargiradhu in 2022, his films exhibit distinctive tones and storylines. One unchanging thing is his zest to create compelling narratives that leave a mark. One film led to another, and one right decision led to another. Making Pariyerum Perumal was one such decision, a starter milestone for many more to come.
Aditi Anand
Director
Guilty of ingenuity, she can turn a poisoned chalice into a desirable legacy. Aditi is an entrepreneur and producer who successfully runs a media house company Red Car Films. Not afraid of taking the unconventional path, she truly hit the nail on the head with The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir, which was globally extolled. She will use the metaphor of different stories to depict perceptions socially to make an impact. If Ranjith knows to make words, Aditi knows to pick the right ones!

Once a dabbler in the art of cinematography, Manind found her true passion as she took on bigger fixtures. End-to-end management of independent projects opened her eyes to the world of production. As a Supervising Producer with the NFDC, with 200+ projects in her capable hands - Documentaries, social ad films, outdoor advertising, and activation events, she has ventured into it all. The next stop was at the Mumbai Academy of Moving Image, where she explored production, programming, exhibition, and marketing subsequently. The academy in Mumbai and Delhi saw an expansion with her leadership and boundless passion. After which she shorty took charge of the Co-Production Market. Schirkoa, an Indo-French animation feature, was her latest endeavor which she line produced with finesse, leaving viewers wanting more. Consulting independent filmmakers to help with financing, she supports and guides them to take off.b

From the bustling streets of Chennai, he weaves stories with passion and zeal. A writer, director, and creative consultant by trade, he honed his filmmaking skills by producing and directing short films and documentaries. His creativity knows no bounds, and his impressive work has traveled far to various film festivals. Currently, he resides in the halls of Neelam Studios, where he specializes in Creative Development with his artistic proficiency. He also identifies talented artists and technicians and brings them on board. With his keen eye for detail, he reads and evaluates scripts, and provides suggestions for screenplays of films and web series. Employs his exceptional skills for crafting pitch materials across formats, like a wordsmith with his sword. His ability to wield words like a sword is truly impressive.
